To the bondholders of the up to SEK 500,000,000 senior secured 2017/2021 bonds (ISIN SE0009984172) (the “Bonds“) issued by SHH Bostad AB (publ) (the “Issuer“)
The Issuer hereby gives the bondholders notice that the Issuer will exercise its call option right in relation to the Bonds in accordance with Clause 9.3 (Voluntary total redemption (call option)) of the terms and conditions of the Bonds. On 18 September 2020, the Issuer will redeem all of the outstanding Bonds in full from the bondholders holding Bonds on the applicable record date being 11 September 2020.
The redemption amount for each Bond shall be 101.95 per cent. of the nominal amount of each Bond, plus accrued but unpaid interest.
