Notice of Early Redemption for the senior secured bonds issued by Oliebladsgade 8 Holding ApS

To the bondholders in senior secured bonds with ISIN NO 001 0826910 (NOK Bonds), ISIN SE 001 1415348 (SEK Bonds) and ISIN NO 001 0826928 (EUR Bonds) (collectively; the “Bonds”) issued by Oliebladsgade 8 Holding ApS (the “Issuer”) on 4 July 2018.

A Norwegian translation is included in the full notice which can be downloaded as per below. In case of any inconsistency between the Norwegian translation and the English text, the English text shall prevail. 

Notice of Early Redemption

Intertrust (Norway) AS (the “Trustee”) is acting as Trustee on behalf of the Bondholders under the terms and conditions relating to the Bonds dated 29 June 2018 (the “Terms and Conditions”).

Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the same meaning as in the Terms and Conditions.

Notice of Early Redemption.

The Issuer hereby gives notice that the Issuer will exercise its call option right in relation to the bonds in accordance with Clause 12.4 (Voluntary early redemption (call option)) of the Terms and Conditions. On 20 August 2020, the Issuer will redeem all of the outstanding Bonds in full from of the Bondholders holding Bonds on the applicable Record Date being 13 August 2020. 

The Redemption Notice from the Issuer is attached in the full notice as Schedule 1.
