This is a notice of early redemption for the Senior Secured Fixed Rate Bonds issued by GG AMS Holding 2 ApS with ISIN NO0010841257, SE0012167401 and NO0010841273.
The Issuer will exercise its call option right in relation to the Bonds in accordance with clause 11.4 (Voluntary early redemption (call option)) of the Terms and Conditions. On 9 September 2021, the Issuer will redeem all of the outstanding Bonds in full from the Bondholders holding the Bonds on the applicable Record Date.
The redemption amount for each Bond shall be 100 per cent of the Nominal Amount together with accrued but unpaid Interest.
