English: To holders of the up to NOK 25,000,000 Senior Secured Fixed Rate Bonds with the initial ISIN NO 001 080980.9 (the “Bonds”) issued by Blåfjell AS (publ) (the “Issuer”) on 9 November 2017.
Norsk: Til obligasjonseierne opp til NOK 25,000,000 i senior sikrede obligasjoner med opprinnelig ISIN NO 001 080980.9 («Obligasjonene») utstedt av Blåfjell AS («Utsteder») 9. november 2017.
English:
Bankruptcy was opened 30.10.2020 in Blåfjell AS. The administrator of the bankruptcy proceedings has carried out a complete review of the debitor’s financial position, and the administrator have proposed in his report of 05.01.22 that the estate administration is terminated due to insufficient funds to continue the bankruptcy proceedings. The district court has concluded in it’s final decision of 08.03.22 that final proceedings has been terminated with no dividend payouts to the bond holders.

Konkurs ble åpnet 30.10.2020 i Blåfjell AS. Bostyrer har foretatt en fullstendig vurdering av debitors finansielle posisjon, og har foreslått i sin sluttinnberetning av 05.01.22 at videre bobehandling innstilles da boets midler er utilstrekkelige til å dekke kostnadene ved bobehandlingen. Ved kjennelse av Trøndelag tingrett av 08.03.22 innstilles konkursboet, og det er intet å dele ut til obligasjonseierne.
