This notice of extension (the “Notice”) has been sent on 3 November 2021 to the Agent and the Bondholders.
Intertrust (Norway) AS (the “Trustee”) is acting as Trustee on behalf of the Bondholders under the terms and conditions relating to the Bonds dated 13 December 2018 (the “Terms and Conditions”). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the same meaning as in the Terms and Conditions.
The Final Maturity Date of the Bonds was initially sat to 13 December 2021 in accordance with the Terms
and Conditions. However, and pursuant to cl. 14.1.2, the Issuer has the right to extend the Final Maturity
Date with twelve (12) months.
The Issuer has per today notified the Trustee that they will extend the Final Maturity Date with twelve
months in accordance with cl. 14.1.2 of the Terms and Conditions and has further instructed the Trustee
to notify the Bondholders of this event.
