To the bondholders in senior secured bonds with ISIN NO 001 0841257 (NOK Bonds), ISIN SE 001 2167401 (SEK Bonds) and ISIN NO 001 08411273 (EUR) Bonds) (the “Bonds”) issued by GG AMS Holding 2 ApS (the “Issuer”) on 7 February 2019
A Norwegian translation is included in the full notice which can be downloaded as per below. In case of any inconsistency between the Norwegian translation and the English text, the English text shall prevail.
Notice of extension of Final Maturity Date
Intertrust (Norway) AS (the “Trustee”) is acting as Trustee on behalf of the Bondholders under the terms and conditions relating to the Bonds dated 4 February 2019 (the “Terms and Conditions”). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the same meaning as in the Terms and Conditions.
Notice of extension of Final Maturity Date
The Final Maturity Date of the bonds was initially sat to 7 February 2021 in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. However, and pursuant to cl. 11.1.2, the Issuer has the right to extend the Final Maturity Date with twelve (12) months.
The Issuer has per today notified the Trustee that they will extend the Final Maturity Date with twelve months in accordance with cl. 11.1.2 of the Terms and Conditions and has further instructed the Trustee to notify the Bondholders of this event.
