Notice of extension of Final Maturity Date for bonds issued by Regenergy Frövi AB (publ) with ISIN SE0020849396 (SEK) & SE0020849388 (EUR)

To the holders of the up to EUR 70,000,000 Secured Fixed Rate Bonds with ISIN SE0020849396 (SEK) & SE0020849388 (EUR) (the “Bonds”) issued by Regenergy Frövi AB (publ) (the “Issuer”)

Intertrust (Sweden) AB acts as agent (the “Agent“) for the holders of the Bonds (the “Bondholders“) in the above-mentioned EUR 70,000,000 Bonds issued by Regenergy Frövi AB (publ).

The original Final Maturity Date of the Bonds is on 27 September 2024. The Final Maturity Date may be extended by the Issuer with six (6) months in accordance with Clause 9.1(b) of the Terms and Conditions.

The Issuer hereby requests that the Final Maturity Date of the Bonds shall be extended with six (6) months, which will make 27 March 2025 the new Final Maturity Date.
