Notice of extension of Final Redemption Date for bonds issued by Grundingen Fastighets AB (publ)

To the bondholders in Senior Secured Callable Fixed Rate Bonds with SE0010324194 (SEK Bond), NO0010805112 (NOK Bond) and NO0010805138 (USD Bond) (the “Bonds”) issued by Grundingen Fastighets AB (publ) (the “Issuer”) on 9 October 2017. 

Intertrust (Sweden) AS (the “Trustee”) is acting as Trustee on behalf of the Bondholders under the terms and conditions relating to the Bonds dated 9 October 2019 (the “Terms and Conditions”). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the same meaning as in the Terms and Conditions.

The Final Redemption date of the Bonds is on the 12 October 2021. The Final Redemption Date can be extended with six (6) months is accordance with section 11.1 (b) of the Terms and Conditions.

The Issuer requests that the Final Redemption Date of the Bonds shall be extended with six (6) months which will make the 12 April 2022 a new Final Redemption Date. The Issuer shall therefore redeem the Bonds on the 12 April 2022 with an amount per Bond equal to the Nominal Amount and the accrued but unpaid interest.
