Notice of interest payment for bonds issued by Hancap AB (publ)

To holders of the up to SEK 650,000,000 bonds due 2023 with ISIN NO0010769276, NO0010769284 and NO0010769292 (the “Bonds”) issued by Hancap AB (publ) (the “Issuer”) on 11 October 2016.

As previously communicated by Hancap AB (publ) the interest payment that should have been paid 28 February 2020 has not yet been paid. The interest will be paid on 14 April 2020.
