Notice of mandatory partial repayment for senior secured notes issued by Galliaden Holdig AB.

To holders of the up to SEK 750,000,000 senior secured callable floating rate Bonds 2014/2018 with ISIN SE0006027843 issued by Galliaden Holding AB (publ) (the “Issuer”). 

The Issuer has given notice to the bondholders of a mandatory partial repayment due to a permitted partial divestment of the bonds in accordance with Clause 10.5 (Mandatory Repurchase due to a Permitted Partial Divestment) of the terms and conditions for the bonds.

On the applicable interest payment date, being 29 March 2018 (due to an application of the business day convention), the Issuer will prepay an amount of SEK 65 807 239 corresponding to the net proceeds from the permitted partial divestment (the “Partial Divestment Amount”) to the bondholders holding bonds on the applicable record rate, being 22 March 2018.

The Partial Divestment Amount will applied towards reduction of the nominal amount of each bond pro rata at a price equal to 101.00 per cent of the nominal amount for each bond including, for the avoidance of doubt, accrued but unpaid Interest.
