To holders of the up to SEK 650,000,000 bonds due 2023 with ISIN NO0010769276, NO0010769284 and NO0010769292 (the “Bonds”) issued by Hancap AB (publ) (the “Issuer”) on 11 October 2016.
As communicated today by Hancap AB (publ) the interest payment that should have been paid 28 February 2020 has not yet been paid.
The non-payment constitutes an Event of Default and the Issuer has not been able to remedy it yet. Please note that Bondholders representing at least 10 per cent. of the Adjusted Nominal Amount may request that a Bondholders’ Meeting is convened for the purpose of deciding on a matter relating to the Finance Documents, including instructions to the Trustee to accelerate the Bonds.
