Information about non-payment of interest
T.Andréasson Fastighetsaktiebolag (publ) (“Issuer”) should have paid interest October 10 2022, but no interest has been paid. If the Interest is not paid within 5 Business days this constitutes an Event of Default in accordance with clause 14.1 of the Terms and Conditions. If the Event of Default is continuing the Agent will come back to Bondholders and ask for instructions on how to proceed.
