Notice of outcome in Second Written Procedure for bonds issued by NCP Nordic AB (publ)

To the bondholders in the up to SEK 500,000,000 senior secured fixed rate bonds with ISIN: SE0011166594 (EUR), NO0010821788 (NOK) and SE0011166586 (SEK) (the “Bonds”) issued by NCP Nordic AB (publ) (the “Issuer”) on 3 May 2018.

In the second written procedure for which notice was given on 9 April 2024 and last date to vote was 26 April 2024, the Agent hereby announces the successful completion of the written procedure in relation to the Bonds regarding certain amendments to the terms and conditions (the “Proposal”).
