To the bondholders in the senior secured fixed rate bonds with ISIN SE0012230209, SE0012230217 and NO0010843600 (the “Bonds”) issued by Smallville AB (publ) (the “Issuer”) on 20 February 2019.
In the written procedure for which notice was given on 10 February 2022 and last date to vote was 1 March 2022, the agent hereby announces that the quorum requirements as stipulated in the terms and conditions for the Bonds was not met, thus the Request (as defined in the notice of the written procedure) was neither accepted nor rejected.
The Issuer will initiate a second written procedure as soon as possible.
