To the bondholders in super senior secured fixed rate bonds with ISIN SE0012481307, NO0010849193 and NO0010849201 (the “Bonds”) issued by Hancap AB (publ) (the “Issuer”)
In the written procedure for which notice was given on 27 May 2021 and last date to vote was 15 June 2021, the Trustee hereby announce the successful completion of the written procedure in relation to the Bonds regarding certain waivers to the terms and conditions (the “Request”). The Request was accepted by 94.55 % of the eligible votes.
The Trustee will inform once the Conditions have been fulfilled and when payment on the payment will be performed.
