To the holders of the Secured Floating Rate Bonds 2022/2024 with ISIN: EUR BONDS: SE0017232010, and SEK BONDS: SE0017232002 (the “Bonds”) issued by Oskar Real Copenhagen ApS (formerly, Real Danmark Copenhagen ApS) (Danish company reg. no. 42848301) (the “Issuer”) on 2 March 2022.
In the second written procedure for which notice was given on 9 August 2023 and last date to vote was 29 August 2023, the Agent hereby announces the successful completion of the second written procedure in relation to the Bonds regarding certain amendments to the Terms and Conditions (the “Proposal”).
A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the second written procedure and the Proposal was accepted by 97,86% per cent of the eligible votes.
