Notice of outcome in the second written procedure for bonds issued by T.Andréasson Fastighetsaktiebolag (publ)

To the bondholders in the senior secured fixed rate bonds with ISIN SE0014555298 and SE0014555306 (the “Bonds”) issued by T.Andréasson Fastighetsaktiebolag (publ) (the “Issuer”) on 9 July 2020.

Intertrust (Sweden) AB acts as agent (the “Agent“) for the holders of the Bonds (the “Bondholders“) in the above-mentioned up to SEK 300,000,000 bonds issue with ISIN SE0014555298 and SE0014555306 (the “Bonds“) issued by T. Andréasson Fastighetsaktiebolag (publ), Reg. No. 556715-7929, (the “Issuer“).

In the second written procedure for which notice was given on 25 July 2024 and the last date to vote was on 27 August 2024, the Agent hereby announces the successful completion of the second written procedure in relation to the Bonds regarding a request to restructure the Bonds (the “Request”).

A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the second written procedure and the Request was accepted by 85,04 per cent of the eligible votes.
