Notice of outcome in written procedure Hancap AB (publ) September 20 2021 – Super Senior

In the written procedure for which notice was given on 1 September 2021 and last date to vote was 20 September 2021, the Trustee hereby announce the successful completion of the written procedure in relation to the Bonds regarding certain approvals and enforcements (the “Request”). The Request was accepted by 96.58 % of the eligible votes.

The Trustee will inform once the Conditions have been fulfilled and when payment on the payment will be performed.
