To the bondholders in the senior secured callable fixed rate bonds with ISIN NO0010779507 and NO0010779515 (the “Bonds”) issued by Gemma Utveckling 2016 AB (publ) (the “Issuer”).
On 3 December 2019, the Trustee initiated a written procedure on the request of the Issuer (the “First Written Procedure“). The First Written Procedure, which ended on 20 December 2019, did not meet the quorum requirement.
Since the First Written Procedure did not meet the quorum requirements, the Issuer requested that the Trustee shall initiate a second written procedure (the “Second Written Procedure”) for the purpose of restructuring the Bonds and the Issuer’s Group (the “Request”).
The Trustee hereby announces the successful completion of the Second Written Procedure in relation to the Request.
Pursuant to the Terms and Conditions, no quorum requirement apply to the Second Written Procedure, hence the votes received are decisive. The Request was accepted by 100 per cent of the eligible votes.
Hence the Request has been approved with sufficient majority by the bondholders in Gemma Properties Holding AB (publ), Gemma Utveckling 2016 AB (publ) and Gemma Utveckling 2017 AB (publ).
