Notice of outcome in the SEK 125,000,000 second lien secured callable fixed rate bonds with ISIN SE0009696511 (the “Bonds”) issued by Koggbron Projekt AB (publ) (the “Issuer”)

The Bondholders accepted the Proposal by the Issuer for the up to SEK 125,000,000 Bonds issued by Koggbron Projekt AB (publ).

In the written procedure for which notice was given on 13 February 2019 and last date to vote was 5 March 2019, Koggbron Projekt AB (publ) (the “Issuer“) hereby announce the successful completion of the written procedure in relation to the Bonds regarding certain amendments, waivers and consents under the Terms and Conditions (the “Proposal“).

A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the written procedure in order to form a quorum, and more than 2/3 of the eligible votes voted in favor to approve the Proposal.
