Notice of outcome in the SEK 350,000,000 senior secured callable fixed rate bonds (the “Bonds”) issued by Koggbron Projekt AB (publ) (the “Issuer”)

The quorum requirement was not met in the written procedure in the SEK 350,000,000 Bonds issued by Koggbron Projekt AB (publ).

In the written procedure for which notice was given on 13 February 2019 and last date to vote was 5 March 2019, Koggbron Projekt AB (publ) (the “Issuer“) hereby announce that the quorum requirements stipulated in the Terms and Conditions for the Bonds was not met thus the Request (as defined in the Notice) was neither accepted nor rejected. A second Written Procedure will be initiated in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and more information will follow shortly.
