To the bondholders in the up to SEK 500,000,000 senior secured fixed rate bonds with ISIN: SE0011166594 (EUR), NO0010821788 (NOK) and SE0011166586 (SEK) (the “Bonds”) issued by NCP Nordic AB (publ) (the “Issuer”) on 3 May 2018.
In the written procedure for which notice was given on 11 April 2023 and last date to vote was 28 April 2023, the agent hereby announces the successful completion of the written procedure in relation to the Bonds regarding certain amendments to the terms and conditions (the “Proposal”).
A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the written procedure and the Proposal was accepted by 73,09 per cent of the eligible votes.
