In the written procedure for which notice was given on 6 July 2018, CHR Bygga Bostäder Holding AB (publ) (the “Company“) can today announce the successful completion of the written procedure in relation to the Company’s up to SEK 500,000,000 senior secured bonds with ISIN SE0010023770 (the “Bonds“), regarding certain amendments to the terms and conditions of the Bonds (the “Proposal“). The amendments to the terms and conditions became effective immediately as of 16 July 2018.
A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the written procedure in order to form a quorum, and a qualified majority of the bondholders voted in favour to approve the Proposal in order to the relevant decision shall be adopted even if the time period for replies in the Written Procedure has not yet expired in accordance with Clause 18.d of the terms and conditions of the Bonds.
