To the holders of the Secured Floating Rate Bonds 2022/2025 with ISIN: EUR BONDS: SE0018767899 and SEK BONDS: SE0018767881 (the “Bonds”) issued by Gefion Group Holdco ApS (CVR-nr. 39312794) (the “Issuer”), under the terms and conditions dated 9 November 2022.
Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this notice shall have the meaning given to them in the terms and conditions relating to the Bonds (the “Terms and Conditions“).
In the written procedure for which notice was given on 22 November 2023 and last date to vote was 18 December 2023, the Agent hereby announces the successful completion of the written procedure in relation to the Bonds regarding certain amendments to the Terms and Conditions (the “Proposal”).
A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the written procedure and the Proposal was accepted by 95,15 per cent of the eligible votes.
