Notice of outcome in the written procedure for bonds issued by Genova Property Group AB (publ) with ISIN SE0014808820

To the holders of the maximum SEK 750,000,000 senior unsecured callable floating rate bonds 2020/2024 with ISIN SE0014808820 (with an aggregate outstanding amount of SEK 400,000,000) (the “Bonds”) issued by Genova Property Group AB (publ) (the “Issuer”) on 9 September 2020.

Notice of outcome in the written procedure

In the written procedure for which notice was given on 6 April 2021 and last date to vote was 30 April 2021, the Agent hereby announces that the quorum requirements as stipulated in the terms and conditions for the Bonds was not met, thus the request (as defined in the notice) was neither accepted nor rejected.

The issuer will initiate a second written procedure today, on 30 April 2021.
