Notice of outcome in the written procedure for bonds issued by HL18 Property Portfolio AB (publ)

To the bondholders in the senior secured floating rate bonds 2021/2024 with ISIN SE0017082779 (the “Bonds”) issued by HL18 Property Portfolio AB (publ) (the “Issuer”).

In the written procedure for which notice was given on 21st of March 2023 (which replaced by the written procedure announced on the 14th of March 2023), and last date to vote was 19th of April 2023, the agent hereby announces the completion of the written procedure in relation to the amendment and restatement of the Terms and Conditions and to provide certain consents under the Terms and Conditions (the “Request”).
