To the bondholders of the up to SEK 50,000,000 Second Lien Callable Fixed Rate Bonds (SEK ISIN SE0009889173, NOK ISIN NO 001 079156.9 and NO 001 079157.7) issued by Koggbron AB (publ) (the “Issuer”) on 31 May 2017.
In the written procedure for which notice was given on 3 March 2020 and last date to vote was 19 March 2020, the Trustee hereby announces the successful completion of the written procedure in relation to the Bonds regarding consensual enforcement and sale of certain pledged assets of the Issuer as well certain amendments to the Terms and Conditions.
A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the written procedure and the Request was accepted by 100 per cent of the eligible votes.
