To the holders of the SEK 1,615,000,000 unsubordinated perpetual floating rate callable capital securities with ISIN SE0014957999 (the “Hybrid Instruments”) issued by SAS AB (publ) on 23 October 2020.
Intertrust (Sweden) AB hereby announces that the written procedure initiated through a notice to the holders of the Hybrid Instruments (the “Holders”) on 8 February 2024 (the “Written Procedure”) has today been successfully completed. A sufficient number of Holders participated in the Written Procedure to form a quorum and a requisite majority of the voting Holders voted in favour of the request regarding the ongoing restructuring process as further described in the notice to the Written Procedure (the “Request”). The Holders have therefore approved the Request with effect immediately.
