To the bondholders in the up to SEK 300,000,000 (or its equivalent in EUR) Senior Secured Fixed Rate Bonds 2020/2023 with ISIN SE0014555298 (SEK) and SE0014555306 (EUR) (the “Bonds”) issued by T.Andréasson Fastighetsaktiebolag (publ) (the “Issuer”) on 9 July 2020.
In the written procedure for which notice was given on 19 April 2023 and last date to vote was on 16 May 2023, the agent did not receive enough votes and the quorum requirement was not met, hence the Request was neither adopted nor rejected.
