Notice of outcome in the written procedure for bonds issued by Valerum AB (publ) with ISIN SE0015192190

To the bondholders in the senior secured floating rate bonds 2020/2023 with ISIN SE0015192190 (the “Bonds”) issued by Valerum AB (publ) (the “Issuer”).

In the written procedure for which notice was given on 30th of March 2023 and last date to vote was 28th of April 2023, the agent hereby announces the successful completion of the written procedure in relation to the amendment and restatement of the Terms and Conditions and to provide certain consents and waivers under the Terms and Conditions (the “Request”).

A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the written procedure and the Request was accepted by 77,21 per cent of the eligible votes.
