To the holders in the up to SEK 750,000,000 senior unsecured floating rate bonds 2017/2022 with ISIN SE0009994718 (the “Bonds”) issued by Catella AB (publ) (the “Issuer”).
In the written procedure for which notice was given on 25 April 2019 and last date to vote was 23 May 2019, the agent hereby announces the successful completion of the written procedure in relation to the Bonds regarding certain amendments and waivers to the terms and conditions (the “Request”).
A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the written procedure and the Request was accepted by 99.52 % of the eligible votes.
