To the holders in the up to SEK 125,000,000 senior secured callable fixed rate bonds due 2019 with ISIN SE0010598789, NO0010810963 and SE0010598771 (the “Bonds”) issued by Gemma Properties Holding AB (publ) (the “Issuer”).
In the written procedure for which notice was given on 29 August 2019 and last date to vote was 17 September 2019, the agent hereby announces that the quorum requirements as stipulated in the terms and conditions for the Bonds was not met, thus the request (as defined in the notice) was neither accepted nor rejected.
The issuer will decide whether to initiate a second written procedure or not within 10 business days.
