To the bondholders in the senior unsecured floating rate bonds with ISIN SE0010985978 (the “Bonds”) issued by Moment Group AB (publ) (the “Issuer”).
In the written procedure for which notice was given on 2 October 2020 and last date to vote was 28 October 2020, the trustee hereby announces that the requisite majority requirements as stipulated in the terms and conditions for the Bonds was not met, thus the request (as defined in the notice) was rejected.
