Notice of outcome in the written procedure for notes issued by Studentbostäder i Norden AB (publ) with ISIN: SE0015960802

To the bondholders in the senior unsecured floating rate sustainability notes with ISIN SE0015960802 (the “Notes”) issued by Studentbostäder i Norden AB (publ) (the “Issuer”) on 14 May 2021.

In the written procedure for which notice was given on 22 September 2023 and last date to vote was 11 October 2023, the agent hereby announces the successful completion of the written procedure in relation to the Notes regarding certain amendments to the terms and conditions (the “Request”).

A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the written procedure and the Request was accepted by 99,74 per cent of the eligible votes.
