To the bondholders in the SEK 400,000,000 senior secured callable floating rate bonds due 2020 with ISIN SE0009155286 issued by Prime Living AB (publ) (the “Bonds”).
In the written procedure for which notice was given on 24 October 2019 and an adjustment notice was given on 4 November 2019 and the last date to vote was 21 November 2019, the agent hereby announces the successful completion of the written procedure in relation to the Bonds regarding certain amendments and waivers to the terms and conditions.
A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the written procedure in order to form a quorum and the request was accepted by more than 75 per cent and 3/4 of the eligible votes.
