To the holders of the Senior Secured Fixed Rate Bonds 2019/2021 with ISIN: EUR BONDS: SE0012965325, and SEK BONDS SE0012965333 (the “Senior Bonds”) issued by Real Danmark A/S (the “Issuer”) on 29 August 2019

In the written procedure for which notice was given on 21 December 2021 and last date to vote was 11 January 2022, the Trustee hereby announce the successful completion of the written procedure in relation to the Bonds regarding certain amendments (the “Proposal”).
