In the written procedure for which notice was given on 21 December 2018 and last date to vote was 16 January 2019, Prime Living AB (publ) (the “Issuer“) hereby announce the successful completion of the written procedure in relation to the Bonds regarding certain temporary amendments and waivers to the terms and conditions of the Bonds (the “Proposal“). The Proposal became effective immediately as of 16 January 2019.
A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the written procedure in order to form a quorum and more than 3/4 of the eligible votes voted in favor to approve the Proposal.
