To the bondholders in senior secured bonds with ISIN NO001079153.6 (NOK Bonds) and NO001079154.4 (SEK Bonds) (the “Bonds”) issued by Solnes Invest AS (the “Issuer”) on 4 May 2017.
In the written procedure for which notice was given on 4 July 2019 and last date to vote was 15 August 2019, the Issuer hereby announce that the quorum requirements stipulated in the Terms and Conditions for the Bonds was not met, thus the Request (as defined in the notice) was neither accepted or rejected.
The notice of outcome has been sent to the bondholders registered at VPS.
The Issuer will decide whether to initiate a Second Written Procedure or not within 10 business days.
