Notice of outcome in the written procedure for the up to SEK 200,000,000 senior secured callable fixed rate bonds (the “Bonds”) issued by Cimco Marine AB (publ).

In the written procedure for which notice was given on 28 January 2019 and last date to vote was 14 February 2019, Cimco Marine AB (publ) (the “Issuer“) hereby announce the successful completion of the written procedure in relation to the Bonds regarding certain temporary amendments to the terms and conditions of the Bonds (the “Proposal“). The Proposal became effective immediately as of 14 February 2019.

A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the written procedure in order to form a quorum and more than 2/3 of the eligible votes voted in favor to approve the Proposal.
