To the bondholders in senior secured callable fixed rate bonds with ISIN SE0010662247, SE0010662254 and NO0010812522 (the “Bonds”) issued by Trinitas Fastigheter AB (publ) (the “Issuer”).
In the written procedure for which notice was given on 2 August 2019 and last date to vote was 21 August 2019, the trustee hereby announces the successful completion of the written procedure in relation to the Bonds.
A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the written procedure and the request was accepted by 90.87 % of the eligible votes.
