Notice of outcome in the written procedure in Gemma Utveckling 2016 AB (publ)

To the bondholders in the senior secured callable fixed rate bonds with ISIN NO0010779507 and NO0010779515 (the “Bonds”) issued by Gemma Utveckling 2016 AB (publ) (the “Issuer”).

In the written procedure for which notice was given on 3 December 2019 and last date to vote was 20 December 2019, the agent hereby announces that the quorum requirements as stipulated in the terms and conditions for the Bonds was not met, thus the request (as defined in the notice) was neither accepted nor rejected. Of the eligible votes received, the Request was approved by 97.83 per cent.

The issuer will initiate a second written procedure on 23 December 2019.

The Request was approved with sufficient majority by the bondholders in Gemma Properties Holding AB (publ) and Gemma Utveckling 2017 AB (publ). However, the Request will not be effective once, and if, the Request is approved with sufficient majority by the bondholders in Gemma Utveckling 2016 AB (publ).
