In the written procedure for which notice was given on 13 September 2019 and last date to vote was 27 September, the Trustee hereby announce that the quorum requirements stipulated in the Terms and Conditions for the Bonds was not met, thus the Request (as defined in the notice) was neither accepted nor rejected.
The Issuer will decide whether to initiate a Second Written Procedure or not within 10 business days.
