To the bondholders in the Senior Secured Bonds 2021/2024 with ISIN SE0015222088 (the “Bonds”) issued by ADDvise Group AB (publ) on 17 May 2021.
Notice of outcome in the written procedure
In the written procedure for which notice was given on 16 December 2021 and last date to vote was 14 January 2022, the agent hereby announces the successful completion of the written procedure in relation to the Bonds regarding a request to amend certain provisions in the terms and conditions of the Bonds (the “Request”).
A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the written procedure and the Request was accepted by 99,70 per cent of the eligible votes.
