The holders resolved to approve to amend and restate the terms and conditions in accordance with the issuer’s request as set out in the notice of the written procedure (the “Request”).
In the written procedure for which notice was given on 6 May 2019 and the requisite majority consents were received on 15 May 2019 the Issuer hereby announce the successful completion of the written procedure.
A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the written procedure and the Request was accepted by 100 % of the eligible votes.
The terms and conditions will be changed as set out in the notice to the written procedure.
