To the investors of the loans with ISIN SE0013513801 (the “Loans”) issued by the Fund on 11 December 2019.
In the written procedure for which notice was given on 12 March 2020 and last date to vote was 7 April 2020, the agent hereby announces the successful completion of the written procedure in relation to the Loans and the amendment of the terms and conditions of the Loans (the “Request”).
A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the written procedure and the Request was accepted by 100 per cent of the eligible votes.
