To the bondholders in senior secured floating rate bonds with ISIN SE0010831792 (the “Bonds”) issued by European Lingerie Group AB (publ) (the “Issuer”).
In the written procedure for which notice was given on 13 August 2020 and the requisite majority consents were received on 8 September 2020, the Issuer hereby announce the successful completion of the written procedure in relation to the Bonds regarding certain amendments to the terms and conditions (the “Request”).
A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the written procedure and the Request was accepted by 98.36 per cent of the eligible votes.
