The Bondholders resolved to approve to amend and restate the Terms and Conditions and to provide certain consents and waivers under the Terms and Conditions in accordance with the Issuer’s request as set out in the notice of the written procedure (the “Request”).
In the written procedure for which notice was given on 13 March 2019 and last date to vote was 1 April 2019 a sufficient majority of Bondholders participated and approved the Request.
The terms and conditions will be changed as set out in the notice to the written procedure.
