In the written procedure for which notice was given on 27 February 2018 and last date to vote was 16 March 2018 sufficient Bondholders participated and the proposed amendments were accepted by more than 2/3 of the eligible votes. The proposal was adopted according to voting requirements of the terms and conditions.
