In the written procedure for which notice was given on 18 October 2018 and last date to vote was 23 November 2018 sufficient Bondholders participated and the proposed amendments were accepted by more than 2/3 of the eligible votes. The proposal was adopted according to voting requirements of the terms and conditions.
In summary, the proposal set out in the notice is that the Bondholders’ claims under the bonds are converted into equity in the Issuer and that Industriholding Norge AS, on behalf of the Bondholders, re-starts the negotiations with the Municipality of Haparanda in order to find a new use for the properties in Östermyra Bruk AB (publ) to be able to subsequently sell the properties for a higher value than the current valuation.
