To the bondholders in the SEK 600,000,000 senior unsecured callable floating rate bonds with ISIN SE0009806383 (the “Bonds”) issued by Prime Living AB (publ) (the “Issuer”).
In the written procedure for which notice was given on 21 August 2020 and last date to vote was 9 September 2020, Prime Living AB (publ) (the “Issuer“) hereby announce the successful completion of the written procedure in relation to the Bonds regarding certain amendments to the terms and conditions of the Bonds (the “Proposal“).
A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the written procedure in order to form a quorum, and more than 3/4 of the eligible votes voted in favor to approve the Proposal.
